  • What is the best way to receive a quote?

  • What equipment do you use? ***THIS IS IMPORTANT!***

    We have a NEW top of the line Truckmount unit with over 300 ft of large hose! Major heat and suction! This unit is awesome for carpet, tile and upholstery! Great for houses, town houses, low level condos and commercial work!

    For higher up where the truck mount can’t reach we use powerful upgrated portable machines that have multi staged vacuums and can reach temperatures up to 240f. We also use a CRB (counter rotating brush) this agitates the detergents, scrubs down deep and pulls debris like dirt and hair up and out of the carpets.

    Our commercial machines for VLM are top of the line orbital machines that clean down deep.

  • How should I prepare before my apointment?

    Before we arrive please make sure to:

    1. Have the carpeted areas cleared of any small furniture, boxes or debris.
    2. We love pets but please have them in a secured area before we arrive.
    3. Pre-vacuum! You will receive a better outcome by having your carpets pre-vacuumed.
    4. Have a water source available. We don’t need a ton! Tub, laundry sink or tap work well.
    5. Tell us what exactly you want done and if you have any special requirements.
    6. Identify any troubled spots or stains or pet stains.
    7. Let us know if you would like to add a protectant to your carpets after to keep them looking cleaner longer.
  • What should I do while you're cleaning?

    That’s up to you! You are welcome to stay in the residents though it might be loud from the powerful vacuums running. You can leave and we will call or text you when we are finished or we can lock up for you when we are finished.

  • How do I pay for my service?

    We accept e-transfers, cash, credit cards, and cheques.

  • Can I walk on the damp carpets?

    If you NEED to you can with clean inside shoes or slippers. Please keep the pets off the carpets as long as possible.

  • Can I move furniture onto the wet carpets?

    It’s better if you can keep everything off the carpets until it’s fully dried to prevent wicking or running of the furniture coatings.

  • How long does it take to dry?

    That depends on a lot of factors such as cleaning method, carpet type, pile, how badly it was stained ect. It’s nomally dry in less than 24 hours.

  • What can I do to help it dry faster?

    Airflow is your friend! You can turn on a fan, turn your furnace to circulate air, turn on your bathroom fans or open a window if it’s warm outside.

  • When should I have my carpets done again?

    To keep your carpets maintained and clean it’s recommended to have traffic areas done every 6 months and all the carpets cleaned every year.

  • How do you clean rug?

    The best way to clean area rugs is to clean them on a clean surface. We can clean them on top of carpet, tile, vinyl, concrete or we can put down a tarp. We don’t like to clean on top of wood. It also really helps if you can read the tag under the rug and tell us what the rug is made of.

  • How do area rugs dry?

    The best way to dry area rugs is to hang them in a well vented place. A railing is a great spot. You want airflow ontop and under the rug. A fan always helps as well!

  • How is upholstery cleaned and dried?

    Upholstery such as couches are cleaned simliar to carpets but the detergent depends on the material. We ask that you have everything cleared away from the upholstery. We put down tarps and use powerful blowers to help it dry.

  • Do you clean outdoor furniture?

    We sure do! The method is very similar to upholstery and material dependant. If the weather is clear we can clean outside on a patio or yard. We can also clean outdoor furniture inside or in a garage.

  • What do you do about pet pee spots?

    We can identify pee spots with our black light and treat the area with spot cleaner and detergents that break the molecular odor chain and leave your carpets smelling fresh and clean.

  • What about hazardous materials / bodily fluids?

    We can clean these types of stains but please let us know before hand. There is a hazrdous materials additional charge.

  • Do you offer Eco Friendly?

    Most of our detergents are 99% or 100% eco friendly. We also have a green eco friendly option. Please make sure to let us know when you are booking!

  • Can you get out EVERY stain?

    We can get out every spot, but unfortunatley not every stain will come out. Somtimes the carpet fabric can become permanently stained, bleached or discoulored. We can give you options and point you in the right direction if a stain needs to be patched.

  • What if a stain re-appears?

    This is usually referred to as wicking where there is something down deep that keeps leeching back up into the carpets from down below. If there’s something spilled way down deep please let us know during the walk-through so we can spend extra time in that area.

  • Why are some areas darker or look more stained?

    Some carpet fibers can get worn down and appear darker or worn out. Wear depends on the carpet fibre, age and traffic. Those areas can be cleaned thoroughly but still may apear darkened.

  • Do you offer protectant?

    Yes we have a great protectant that will help protect from everyday wear and keep it looking cleaner longer. Ask us about it before or during your appointment.

  • Are you licensed and insured?

    Yes! We are licensed in the entire Okanagan, insured and WCB covered.

  • What cities do you work in?

    We work in Kelowna, West Kelowna, Lake Country, and Peachland. As well as commercials from Vernon to Penticton.

  • Do you have a minimum price?
